Festival Panorama’s Educational Program has kicked off at full speed in various locations around the city. On Saturday the 11^th the first Encontro de Formação de Mediadores (Meeting for Mediators Training) with graduates from the UFRJ’s School of Dance took place at Biblioteca Parque Estadual. Our Educational Program’s worked together with teacher and dance critic Silvia Soter and Panorama’s artistic director Catarina Saraiva, who presented a retrospective of the history of the Festival we well as her proposals for this edition.  The next meeting will take place on the 25^th and students were asked to bring mediating suggestions for the performances.

On the 14^th students from Escola Municipal Deodoro, in Gloria, received a visit from our team to discuss their participation in one of the shows in this year’s Panoraminha. They watched videos and suggested several pop songs that will be included in the performance, forming the basis for the choreography that will be presented. The next meeting will take place on November 4^th with the participations of the artists themselves.
